The Wasteland is the third major area in Stellar Blade. It is a desolate area covered in uneven, rocky terrain and filled with the ruins of old-world structures and dead plant life. Both Naytibas and corrupted droids wander the barren landscape, making it dangerous for scavengers to search for supplies. There is a large solar tower that provides power to both the region’s Legion and Supply Camps. In the far north corner of the region is the Scrap Yard, the dwelling of the sentient drone D1G-g2r, who acts as a trader while trying to uncover the reason behind his gaining sentience, and in the south lies the entrance to Altess Levoire, a mysterious underground facility guarded by Quiel. The city of Xion, humanity’s last city, is built beneath the Wasteland.
EVE travels to the Wasteland to acquire the Hyper Cell located within Altess Levoire in order to help restore power to Xion, which in turn would allow Orcal, the city’s prophet, to aid her in mission of locating Alpha Cores to reach the Nest and defeat the Elder Naytiba.
