Biography[]
"Roxanne is an Info Dealer in the backstreets of Xion. Rumors say she used to be a part of the mafia, or an agent in an intelligence service, but nothing has been verified.
Anyhow, Roxanne buys information from Scavengers and sells the information at a markup to those who need it. People often compare her to a snake.
But everything she does is surprisingly legal. It's no surprise, considering she's in good standing with the Sentinels and Royal Guard."

Roxanne has a sly and flirtatious personality towards EVE, which EVE dislikes. She operates on a need-to-know basis, only telling EVE what she wants to tell her. However, despite her untrustworthy demeanor, she still makes good on her promises and rewards. However, whether what she does is truly for Xion's benefit remains to be seen.
Appearance[]
Roxanne is a very pale woman with gray-ish tan hair and a gas mask attached to her face. She wears a black trench coat with cybernetic patterns on it.
Powers and Abilities[]
Roxanne's past and combat prowess are unknown, but she is an extremely effective info dealer, even selling info to the Sentinels and Royal Guard. As she is the only info dealer in town and the one people recommend, her skills are most likely the real deal. She also shows some skill in robotics as she plans on reprogramming a guard turret to protect Xion (or so she claims).
