Clyde is a side-character in Stellar Blade.
Biography[]
"Clyde is a strange person who lives near the Oasis. He seems to refuse to communicate with other people.
Surprised to see an Angel who is interested in fishing, Clyde starts talking to EVE. He is a fisherman through and through. Clyde refuses to associate himself with any group, and instead spends his days fishing by his hut.
After he barely made it out of the Colony Extinction, he had lived his life hating Mother Sphere. However, the sight of the beautiful Oasis gave him a new purpose.
Though his life was devastated by the Colony Extinction, he manages to find laughter in life. After all, he gave an Angel a swimsuit (Ocean Maid) , claiming it is a 'Fisherman's Dream'."

Personality[]
Clyde is a laid-back recluse who lives in the hut by the Oasis in the Great Desert. After the Colony Extinction, Clyde lived a life of resentment and anger, but the Oasis and fishing calmed his nerves and he now lives life living in the present. He is patient and knowledgeable, teaching EVE the secrets of fishing and pointing her to the locations of fishing legends like the Fantastic Bait and the best fishing spots (one of which ends up being the very Oasis where he lives). He also displays a humorous side, as he likes occasionally teasing EVE in ways like giving her, an Angel, a swimsuit (the Ocean Maid Nano Suit). However, EVE is very fond of Clyde, and the two seem to respect each other quite a bit.
After the attack on Xion by the Unidentified Naytiba, visiting Clyde again before heading to the Nest sees Clyde realizing that his reclusive nature may not be the best path. He tells EVE that he wants to let go of his past anger and help the people of Xion rebuild.
Appearance[]
Clyde wears a navy blue and black fishing coat and pants with various pockets. He also has some slight armor on or over his shirt. The inside of his coat has a pattern that resembles traditional Korean and Japanese art. Clyde has one organic arm and one robotic one, and his head has a rectangular robotic design with a blue core in the center and two antennae near the top.
Powers and Abilities[]
Clyde is not a fighter, but he is one of the best fishermen around. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and can give EVE tips and descriptions on new fish and fishing spots in addition to insight on fishing legends. He also appears to have some survival skills, being able to live alone in the Great Desert.
